What is the Basic Boot Camp?
Be inspired. Be challenged. Based on the book Wild at Heart by John Eldridge, this group video event takes you through 10 sessions encouraging you to regain your heart as a man.
Is this just another men’s retreat?
No. This is different.
The reason most messages for men ultimately fail is simple: They ignore what is deep and true to a man’s heart and try to shape him up through various forms of pressure. Not this.
This weekend is an honest, no BS trek into the deep passions and desires of a man’s heart, into the healing of his wounds he’s taken in his battle, into the realm of fatherhood and sex and God and call – life as it was meant to be lived.

I have attended twice and I have always taken something new away, as well as having established a circle of brothers that I can hold myself
accountable to in all facets of my life, it has allowed me to see things and understand things in my life and how they have molded me into the
person I am. It gave me a greater understanding of how my actions will mold my children’s lives as well as my spouse’s life. It has given me the
courage to make the change required with regards to my career to allow me to have more time with my family – It has allowed me to realize that I
do not get my validation from my friends, wife, or family but, instead from my heavenly Father. It has given me greater insight to why I have
made some of life choices that I have in the past, and to understand with greater empathy and forgiveness some of the things that I may have
experienced when growing up.

David Bainard
Dave is a retired electrical engineering technologist and substation electrician.
He has a passion for men’s ministry and loves to see men succeed in life, love, and family.
He is married to his fun loving wife Liz who has a heart of adventure.
Andrew Riley
Andrew is a Heavy Equipment Maintenance Manager in the construction industry.
He has many passions including cars, trucks and motorcycles. He serves on the worship team at church playing guitar or bass and has found a passion for serving men, cooking and feeding many.
He is married to Kate, a dynamic woman who is passionate about serving God and helping women.
Thom Mills
Thom has been involved in the Boot Camp for many years helping with organization and tech.
He has a background in IT, construction, hospitality and event management.
This Boot Camp, he’s looking to see what Father has new for him, because there is always something new. This is a new stage in his life (post COVID, its a new stage in all our lives) with new opportunities, challenges and more.
